The LTS Story

With over 30 years of learning and development experience, Dan Crick not only developed a passion for the L&D industry, but also saw needs that were not being met.
Dan saw firsthand how difficult it was for L&D teams to stay ahead of the ever-evolving technology landscape. Most teams are so entrenched in their internal or client-facing training initiatives that they simply do not have time to keep up with the rapid pace of change.

Traditional tech consulting companies can help, but they disappear once a project is over, leaving the L&D team to start over again from scratch when a similar need arises. Dan formed LTS to empower and grow the capability of internal L&D teams.

LTS provides L&D teams with skilled professionals who can close skill gaps for critical projects. Our consultants not only help clients to complete assigned deliverables, they also ensure “capability transfer” to the client that allows them to repeat processes and execute similar projects in the future.
