Dan Crick
Dan formed Learning Technology Solutions (LTS) in 2018, focusing exclusively on the corporate learning & development (L&D) market across all industries & verticals. Prior to forming LTS, Dan spent his entire 30-year career working in L&D, performing all the roles for which he now recruits, and holding the same L&D Leadership positions as the client decision-makers to which he currently sells. Dan uses his staffing and business process outsourcing experience to focus on the core functions that drive business and profitability and to outsource all back-office functions. This has enabled Dan to mitigate numerous risks, and to focus his attention on growth with minimal fixed overhead expenses.
