A Fortune 500 company was faced with the challenge of taking their 300 different software applications and pairing them down to 50 new software applications. This company has over 25,000 employees, in over 30 countries, in 9 different languages. Naturally, the biggest challenge was finding a way to train all employees on the new applications.
The LTS resource had extensive experience using the eLogic LMS, and brought many different ideas and new solutions to the table that were implemented with great success. LTS took full advantage of the multiple training modalities supported by the eLogic LMS, as well as the various integrations possible with numerous third party software. LTS used our LMS expertise to design a detailed roll-out plan that was extremely efficient in that many tasks could be automated for consistent execution. The client L&D team was able to follow the plan that would be completed in 5 months from Launch to Go Live.
The plan was executed as planned and every employee was trained on all applications a week before Go Live. The team received very positive feedback from team members about how smoothly the training initiative was executed. Due to the recording capabilities of some of the third party integrations, we were able to use recorded sessions to load into the LMS and use as refreshers as well.
